Took my car in to get it looked at, I feel like they gave me an honest opinion and when they felt there was nothing else to do but replace they did not try and just do something to it to make money. I took my Chevy truck in for its’ 100,000 mile maintenance items. Yokum helped me with a list of items that needed done and I was able to choose what to get done and what I wanted to wait on. The price was clearly disclosed upfront. The work was done promptly and very professionally. I did have a faulty new spark plug after a week of driving and Yokum was very accommodating getting the problem resolved quickly and under their warranty. I was able to drop off my truck and I was picked up at my home later that day by their driver as part of the service! I recently had my oil changed there for the first time. Having a professional mechanic under my truck doing the service and looking over the vehicle while there was a nice upgrade from my recent service place. The price was fair and the service was great. I made the mistake of taking my vehicle someplace else and ended up thinking I was just gonna get a second opinion on the work the first company said I needed. Thank goodness.I did not go with them meeting "Name of a tire" store, here in Republic MO.  Yocum automotive tried to do everything they could with parts, even though I didn't want to hear things had went so bad, and there was so much more I needed than what was originally told to me.  They were very considerate and they were compassionate with my circumstances , but most of all , I really feel like it was the best choice to go with Yocum.  They are friendly and willing to help.If there's any way they can. Just great customer service! I even have to have them. I had an outstanding experience at Yocum Automotive! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel like a valued customer. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never tried to upsell unnecessary services, and completed the work exactly when they said they would. The quality of the service was excellent, and it's obvious they take pride in doing the job right. Finding an honest, dependable automotive shop isn't always easy, but Yocum Automotive has definitely earned my trust. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable technicians, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service. I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on! I cannot say enough on how much Yocum automotive saved my vacation. We were on our way to Branson and we broke down just outside of  Republic. With the ability to use one of their cars we were able to enjoy a week full of Branson activities while they worked on our car. On top of that, that was the most impressive Notification system that I’ve ever seen. I was kept up-to-date and given full estimate estimates on each part of the job that was needed to get my car back and work order. I was very impressed with the entire process as well as the definitely reasonable pricing.
